I used their cleaning service for our two bathrooms. Jorge was polite and quick in scheduling the service and maintained excellent communication. The cleaning team, Bere and Elba, did a fantastic job and left sparkly clean bathrooms. They were so nice, honest, dedicated and thorough. I have seen people skip cleaning little things when they are not monitored, but these ladies paid so much care to little things and did a little more than I expected them to! I noticed a lot later that they paid so much attention to even little details! I will use their services again and see what they do with the entire house and I hope to add updates then. They have the worst customer service ever. I booked a cleaning service with them. They made me sign a contract that clearly asks for a 50% advance deposit. But right before the service they were forcing me to pay the full amount as deposit by saying it’s “company policy“. If that was the case it should’ve been on the contract in the first place. I even asked them to send me a revised contract but they canceled my service. The owner spoke to me very unprofessionally and I’m glad I didn’t take their service. I would advice you to think twice before booking them.

In just two hours both the cleaners took great care of everything that we deemed as important in our house. It was super hot, but they kept on working and made sure that the two hours were fully utilized and left us very satisfied.
