    I used their cleaning service for our two bathrooms. Jorge was polite and quick in scheduling the service and maintained excellent communication. The cleaning team, Bere and Elba, did a fantastic job and left sparkly clean bathrooms. They were so nice, honest, dedicated and thorough. I have seen people skip cleaning little things when they are not monitored, but these ladies paid so much care to little things and did a little more than I expected them to! I noticed a lot later that they paid so much attention to even little details! I will use their services again and see what they do with the entire house and I hope to add updates then. Overall fantastic services and worth the price!

    NextGen Cleaning went above and beyond to help me get my apartment ready and cleaned for move out. They left the apartment looking cleaner than when I moved in! The ladies working with me were very kind, and management communicated efficiently when there were delays in schedule to make sure that my needs were met. I would hire them again.

    I was so pleased with the quality of service and professionalism of this company. I was so impressed with the attention to detail my place was spotless when they left. I decided to use them regularly from now on. I have never had such a good experience with another company and I have used several in the L. A. area in the past they cleaned my apartment the way I would clean no problems or confusion. I hope highly recommend this company, they were worth every penny.

    They have the worst customer service ever. I booked a cleaning service with them. They made me sign a contract that clearly asks for a 50% advance deposit. But right before the service they were forcing me to pay the full amount as deposit by saying it’s “company policy“. If that was the case it should’ve been on the contract in the first place. I even asked them to send me a revised contract but they canceled my service. The owner spoke to me very unprofessionally and I’m glad I didn’t take their service. I would advice you to think twice before booking them.

    Daisy and Stephanie did an amazing job. I contacted Next Gen Living after finding about them on Google. Upon contacting they were happy to customize the services for my use. In just two hours both the cleaners took great care of everything that we deemed as important in our house. It was super hot, but they kept on working and made sure that the two hours were fully utilized and left us very satisfied.     I recently hired them for a deep clean, and I must say, I was beyond impressed with the results.     If I have choice give below zero star to this company I will unfortunately I have to give them one star overpriced no good cleaning owner has no professional experience to talk with customer I am adding photos I let you guys decide to hire him or not this is deep cleaning $500 job and I ask for detailed invoice he declined it
