They have the worst customer service ever. I booked a cleaning service with them. They made me sign a contract that clearly asks for a 50% advance deposit. But right before the service they were forcing me to pay the full amount as deposit by saying it’s “company policy“. If that was the case it should’ve been on the contract in the first place. I even asked them to send me a revised contract but they canceled my service. The owner spoke to me very unprofessionally and I’m glad I didn’t take their service. I would advice you to think twice before booking them.
I got a move in clean done & they did a great job. They were thorough & cleaned whatever I told them to. Will book them again for cleaning.
Daisy and Stephanie did an amazing job. I contacted Next Gen Living after finding about them on Google. Upon contacting they were happy to customize the services for my use. In just two hours both the cleaners took great care of everything that we deemed as important in our house. It was super hot, but they kept on working and made sure that the two hours were fully utilized and left us very satisfied. If I have choice give below zero star to this company I will unfortunately I have to give them one star overpriced no good cleaning owner has no professional experience to talk with customer I am adding photos I let you guys decide to hire him or not this is deep cleaning $500 job and I ask for detailed invoice he declined it
